"It's the great property near the lake. I recommend anyone to stay here. There is only one improvement on the convenience using the microwave. The hotel staff guided us to inform the owner of convenience store to use the microwave, and the owner hated it big time even after I bought some. I suggest the hotel to put a microwave somewhere instead. The owner of convenience store got not-to-like personality."

"I thought this place is new and stuffs are also almost new condition when I reserved room. But it didn't. Stuffs condition were old and there were no microwave machine on the room. Although, room was large space and if you see the sight via window, it's very peaceful and calm. You can easily hear noise that makes from next to room. Finally I got to know this resort was remodeled only outside structures."

"I was extremely disappointed with this property. This has been the first disappointing experience in my 2 month’s long trip in Korea. When I arrived to check in, the staff was very disorganized and they didn’t even know I was coming. They kept asking for my reservation number.
