Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME WE STAYED WITH YOU GUYS AND LAST TIME WAS FINE. THIS TIME WE HAD TO FIX OUR OWN TOILET SEAT BECAUSE IT WAS LOOSE AND WAS BARELY ATTACHED. WE HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR MAINTENANCE TO COME AN UNCLOG OUR TOILET BECAUSE OUR PHONE DID NOT WORK AND WAS NOT HOOKED UP TO ANYTHING FOR US TO CALS SO ANY ISSUE WE HAD TO GO DOWN STAIRS AND DEAL WITH IT. BUT WE ENDED UP DOING IT OURSELVES. ALSO THE PARKING THE GENTLEMAN THAT WAS WORKING AT NIGHT TOLD ME IT WAS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE FOR PARKING BUT THERE WAS A TRAILER PARKED IN EXACTLY 8 SPOTS AND PEOPLE PARKING ON THE CORNERS AND IN THE DROP OFF AND CHECK IN. 3 NIGHTS IN A ROW WE HAD TO PARK OVER AT THE GAS STATION. THE GENTLEMAN WORKING AT NIGHT SAID NOTHING HE COULD DO AGAIN IT WAS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THAT BEFORE. ALSO THE POOL WAS NOT ABLE TO BE USED AND I CHECKED UP TILL THE DAY WE LEFT TO COME THERE AND THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE THAT IT WAS BEING REPAIRED. WE ESPECIALLY WANTED A POOL THAT IS WHY I BOOKED YOUR HOTEL. ALSO THE BED COVERING LOOKED LIKE BLOOD ON THE COMFORTERS AND CURTAINS SO WE WENT TO THE STORE AN BOUGHT OUR OWN BLANKETS. IM AND VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL PROBABLY NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I DID TAKE A VIDEO OF THE PARKING LOT JUST TO PLEAD MY CASE. THIS IS THE 4TH YEAR WE HAVE CAME TO NORTH CAROLINA AND THE STAY WAS VERY DISAPOINTING.
