This property has cockroaches, dirty room, dirty socks and swimming trunks were in the room as well. We had to leave the next morning when we turned the lights on and cockroaches were in the kitchen sink and crawling in between the couch cushions. Room 312 also has a sin on the inside of the door that states something to the effect of "for your safety be sure to lock the deadbolt. Makes sense because they simply painted over the area on the outside of the door where is CLEAR that somwone had tried to break in at some point. We were here for a very important event, and it was very dissappointing that we had to get another room last minute, I do NOT reccomend this place at all.

The floors were filthy and our feet and socks were almost black in just an hour or so. We asked twice if they would mop it but no one showed up to do it.

I had the worst experience. No accommodations and no refunds as of today . You will have roaches as roommate and no kitchen equipment for penthouses- DONT STAY HERE !!!!!

Saw a couple of roaches. Towels and washclothes not in the best condition. The whole property needs to be upgraded. No Wi-Fi was available. The front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. Only stayed due to only short availability of hotels for the Black Food Truck Festival. Would not recommend. We made it work.
