I came to stay at the hotel with a prior booking that I had and upon check-in they told me that the hotel will not have water in the entire hotel the next day from 6AM - 9AM. They said the water will be shut off for that entire morning. Can you imagine this? No shower, no washroom, no anything. I've never seen such a thing before. They could have at least let me know of this in advance for me to decide if I still want to come and stay there or not. I guess they care more about their money than their customer's satisfaction.

Nice little hotel in Mount Pleasant, a reasonable car ride to major tourist attractions of downtown/historic district Charleston. Friendly staff, clean room and covenient parking. Would stay here again!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and activities. Also front desk was always available via text if we needed anything like towels or extra coffee cups. The property was nice and well maintained and clean. Very close to many restaurants and the area Walmart.

so while the property was fine and the room was great, not having a restaurant open sunday and monday was very odd.. also just having coffee in the morning was unacceptable to me... I mean just send someone to publix and get some muffins, croissants and some cereals available for those 2 days.. next time I gotta read the amenities better..
