"The room itself was basic but perfectly adequate for a one night stop, though it would havd been nice to ha e a proper cup rather than paper for hot drinks in the room. We had evening dinner and breakfast, both of which were fine. The main let down was the bathroom- when using the tap in the sink it came off in my hand (you had to be very careful when using it). "We had booked two rooms and surprised to find we weren't in the main hotel but an apartment opposite. The rooms were lovely and it was great to have the place to ourselves. "What a find! The owners have combined their family heirlooms with modern facilities most charmingly in their farmhouse. Beautiful gardens and thoughtfully arranged outdoor spaces. A most sympathetic and friendly hostess. Our evening meal was home cooked with vegetables and fruit from their potager.
