The hotel is older but very well maintained. Easy walk to anything in town: cafe, restaurant, castle, beaches, shopping and churches. Lovely and friendly staff. Breakfast could have more cold options like fruit and vegetables.

This is a great hotel for many reasons. Service is efficient and friendly, central location close to the beaches on both sides of the canal, as well as restaurants and the attractions of the town. Washroom is very clean and is very well equipped; way better than most hotels of this category. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. 2 main issues: internet does not work well (“weak security” - did not allow my work pc to connect) and too many people at the same time at breakfast, waiters overwhelmed

Seaside Weekend
Wow, what a wonderful stay we had. Location, location, location. Front desk staff, friendly and very helpful. Walk out to the door to everything this wonderful town has to offer.

Worth a thought
It’s a good hotel reasonably priced right in the centre . Easy walk to shops and restaurants. My room had a balcony that over looked the river / harbours. Breakfast was good and fresh

Good hotel, great location
Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. My only slight negative was the service at breakfast seemed to be rationed, particularly the hot offering (scrambled egg and a very limited supply of bacon). Guests had to continually ask for everything to be topped up. In general though the hotel was great and we were definitely return.

This hotel is right alongside the harbour edge and has prime position. The front rooms have balconies overlooking the water and although it is not palacial it is all very nice. We were very happy.

The hotel was good in itself but the cold-nearing-unfriendly service at the front desk made the experience a little unpleasant overall. The hotel is kind of dated and beware of the promise of "free parking" -- IT IS NOT TRUE: the hotel doesn't even have a parking lot: by "free" they meant, "free street parking". That was really misleading, they should specify, as this was one of our selling points. Also, they told us that the breakfast was going to be served until 10:30am, but when we got there at 10am, the lady cleaning up said that it was over. So, inaccurate information. The breakfast looked kind of bad in any case, but it was just misinformation after misinformation.

Hotel staff does try to accommodate requests. AC in room works pretty well. Hotel is pretty much standard for this type in Italy. I'd stay there again

Not 4 stars, but fabulous location.
This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything in the town center . However , It's not a 4 star hotel, that's for sure. It probably was, years ago. This hotel is in need of a major remodeling job. Very dated. The staff is very nice and helpful , wifi is free.Full buffet style Breakfast ( included in our rate ) was great and served on the roof top with great views. Free parking is available a few blocks away , the room we had was very quiet and we were able to really get a good rest .For the price we paid this hotel was fine , all the other hotels in the area are way more expensive and offers nothing . I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for two nights and generally enjoyed the experience. The breakfast buffet was not very extensive and not topped up during service so that if something had run out, that was it. The room was comfortable, clean and well supplied with towels. The biggest problem if touring is that the hotel does not have its own carpark and there is rarely a space on the street outside, so the public carpark 150 metres away is the only option.

Good location but definitely not 4 star!
The L'Approdo was fine for our purposes - it was clean and in a good location on the harbour and close to both the beach and the centre of town. However, I would say that it is closer to 2 star than 4 star in terms of decor and the room generally (for example a 14" portable TV in the room) , and we therefore felt that it was quite over priced. The breakfast was not bad though, and the resort itself was lovely.

Die Unterkunft ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht, hatten am ersten Tag auch ein gutes und für italienische Verhältnisse üppiges Frühstück. Leider war es am zweiten dann nicht mehr so, es hieß zb dass die Rühreier noch Zeit bräuchten, aber leider war auch nach 40 Minuten noch immer nichts davon zu sehen. Hätte man ja sagen können, wir mussten noch knappe 1000km nach Hause fahren und waren sowieso schon spät dran da es erst ab 7:30Uhr Frühstück gibt. In allen vorherigen Hotels gab es ab 6 Uhr Frühstück. Was uns allerdings am meisten missfallen hat, die Putzfrau hat einfach unser Zimmer betreten obwohl wir das „bitte nicht stören“ Schild angebracht hatten sowas geht gar nicht… Auch die Parksituation kann ich hier nur nochmals erwähnen, wir hatten den Weg gestoppt und es waren exakt 500m. Es ist absolut dunkel, man könnte den Parkplatz doch wenigstens beleuchten. Wenn man am Abend kommt fühlt man sich nicht wirklich wohl und schon gar nicht sicher.

fijn hotel aan het water
goede ligging aan vissershaven en kort bij strand. hotel is toegankelijk met rolstoel via achterzijde van gebouw, vriendelijk personeel. basic kamer en badkamer, proper, goed onderhouden. dorp is goed om fijne wandelingen te maken. terrassen, restaurantjes. ontbijt is op bovenverdieping, mooi uitzicht

Se fosse un due stelle sarebbe un buon affare, a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare con le camere di otto metri quadri con un bel arredamento di trenta anni fa. Fermo agli anni 80, così come gli ospiti che erano giovani 40enni 40 anni fa. Oggi è fuori luogo fuori tempo e fuori scala per avere quattro stelle. Personale disponibile ma rassegnato al tempo che passa. Non si salva niente nemmeno i dettagli.

Godt hotell å bo på!
Svært hyggelig og veldrevet hotell som vi gjerne kommer tilbake til. Vennlig og sympatisk personale, vi hadde et fint rom med balkong, nydelig sengetøy og håndklær, god rengjøring! Restauranten imponerte med meget høy kvalitet : nydelig mat og meny som skiftet hver dag. Et herlig opphold!

Piacevolissima località con svariate attrattive.
Posizione centralissima e struttura particolarmente piacevole ( 4* ). Molto bella la camera, ampia e con un grande terrazzo con vista sul castello e sulle lagune; comode le poltroncine ed il tavolo presenti. Stupendo il salone per la colazione presente sul tetto del palazzo con una vista eccezionale e con un angolo esterno per aperitivi etc.
