Great place for a night! Our AC started making a weird noise during our stay and the front desk attendant had us in a new room in less than ten minutes! Wonderful service, great rooms, would stay again!

The only good thing about this property is how nice all of their staff is. They helped us fix all issues right away. However the first night the first room we got was on the first floor and the door was faulty and all the light from the hall came into our room and you can hear every single person being noisy outside the room or people going in and out their cars since the parking is literally right outside the room's window. Then we got charged the pet fee twice and the guy at the front desk tried telling me that it was an incidentals charge. I’ve worked front desk for a few years so I insisted that wasn’t the case and luckily they fixed it. The bed sheets had huge brown stains all over it was very disgusting to sleep on it, the toilet had pee stains all over and hair, tub was dirty as well. We got a different room for the second night that was much better but honestly we’ve never had such a bad experience before. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all

Easy check in and very nice room. Quiet and comfortable bed. Breakfast was super busy over the weekend. Staffed seemed a little overwhelmed. But very nice

I stayed at the hotel the first week after it changed owners. There wasn't time for new management to implement improvements, but they were aware of things they could improve over time and were looking for solutions to them. The staff was receptive to suggestions from those who stayed overnight, and I think it will be an even better facility in future. I would definitely give them another booking if I come to Wyoming again, to see how they have made the facility over in their image.

The bed was comfortable . The shower/tub area is dated and did not feel clean. The heater/cooling unit is dated and incredibly loud. Breakfast is bad quality . Staff are nice .
