This seemed to be a newer building based on the style. Its clean, in good shape, and I confused the lady at the desk when I complemented the celery scented elevators. She suggested it might be one of the cleaning products which everyone saw pecieved differently.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and both check in and out were super easy and quick. Only half an hour from the Caverns, and an hohr from Guadalupe Mountain National park, it was a great placw to stop. Breakfast we great, and all areas were clean, especially bathrooms. Safe keyed entry to all access points. I would expect nothing less from a Hyatt.

The hotel was very clean and our room was well appointed. I wish they served breakfast later than 9am and it would be nice if they were fully staffed so the bar/restaurant they advertised could actually be open. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The Hyattt House was the perfect place to stay in. The location is perfect for the nearby National Parks. Everything you needed was there. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The room is modern. The bed is super comfortable. Morning breakfast buffet had great choices. The gym was awesome. I would definitely recommend it to any traveler.

This was a fantastic and clean hotels with lots of amenities, including free laundry! Great breakfast options with bacon cheese, omelette, cereal, oatmeal, more than the usual run-of-the-mill breakfast

If I ever come to Carlsbad again, this Hyatt House is my choice. Staff, cleanliness, property condition were all first class. The shower in our room and climate control were among the best I’ve ever seen. Complimentary breakfast was also very good although the toaster didn’t toast my bread. (One small gotcha that I forgot to tell the desk manager when I left)

Great hotel with very spacious rooms. There were lots of nice touches - hooks at the entryway, an extra mirror area outside the bathroom, stocked kitchen.

It’s Giving Immaculate
Everything at this location felt modern, brand new, and clean. The size of our room was good—furniture was appropriate for the space and we didn’t feel cramped or hemmed in. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was also on point—nice selection of hot/cold food + beverages and the set-up was spotless.
