"My room was perfect. Small but not cramped. Lovely window seat with window that opens. The view is stunning especially at night. Excellent cooked breakfast and friendly helpful staff. I don’t have one complaint I will definitely return. "

"You’ll never have a more higgledy piggeldy experience with a hotel than this one. But oh how it’s worth it! The buildings were built in perhaps the 1200’s, so the floors are very uneven. The rooms and baths are comfortable, the porridge for breakfast delicious and the location unbeatable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. In short we loved it. "

"I stayed at the Franklin B&B for two nights to attend my friends wedding. I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Colin and cannot thank him enough for his help. He came out to the car to explain the parking, provided a map and explanation of the town centre and contacted the local gym on my behalf to establish the use of a power plate for my disablilties.
