Will stay again
In a great location, near the night market and the riverboats. The owner speaks good English and can organise anything for you. We only planned to stay a night but extended it to 3. We will stay here again when back in Can Tho next year.

The hotel is good for the price. We just needed a place to stay for 6 hours in Can tho. There was not hot water and the sheets had hair on them. Besides that the hotel is old but the rooftop had good views and the Ac, internet, and staff was good

very family friendly hotel. Manager is great and very knowledgeable about local tours. our first room had no view, however our second room had a terrific view of street. mosquito's were a problem in room with view. breakfast was traditional bread, jam, butter fruit. good bargain for the price of stay, good location in the center of tourism.

What a dump! All stairs no lift. Receptionist was clearly annoyed when I did not take up offer of any ripoff tours. Room was like staying in something from the old times, Shower was cold, open cracks in timber doors, noisy male neighbours and some buiding works started at 6:30am without advice from staff. No kettle or free bottled water. Avoid this place and Can Tho if you can.

Close to river nice roof top you can use
We decided to book a less expensive room with no windows, it was very depressing so if that is important to you, book the window room. We switched rooms gor the 2nd night Showers are 'wet Asian style The hotel has a good rep for travel services, we booked separately for the floating market and it was ok and significantly less expensive...but we spoke with other guests who were very happy with the market tour booked at the hotel

Small hotel close to the market and river pier
Got room #5 (2nd floor, street view, 4 flights of stairs) but asked to be moved to #1 (1st floor, street view, 2 flights of stairs). Room is OK for what it is, despite the illogical amount and placement of furniture. The bathroom has a stick-on warning, saying that one should wait 5 minutes for hot water. The staff is helpful and nice as usual ...

Great Value in Can Tho
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We also booked an excellent guided Mekong cruise and bike ride with the hotel that I highly recommend.

Great location for floating market
We arrived the hotel at around 11:30 pm. The receptionist, a young man, study to be a tour guide,is very nice. We requested for our floating market tour with English, when we arrived. The owner came out and say no problem. Sure enough, 5:30, they had the boat ready, the receptionist young man was our guidde. He is excellent. I asked for 3 hrs tour, we dod almost 4.5 hrs. Not rushed, leisurely, great experience. I gave him a big tip as an encouragement. We slept 5 hours there, than they gave us breakfast after the tour and helped book our bus back to HCMC. Good stay

Recommend Kim Long Hotel
Manager and staff were very helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was good. Floating market tour with T was great. Hotel is located half a block from river.

Great stay
Family run hotel, we were greeted at the front door when we arrived. Owner of the hotel speaks excellent English and is genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. Staff was very helpful with any enquiries we made.Went on a walking food tour as well as a Mekong River tour, cannot say enough good things about either. Hotel is very well situated near "the centre of the action" near the Mekong River and the night food markets. Very comfortable and clean hotel, I would recommend this hotel for anyone and would stay here again when I am in the area

Could not ask for a better location - near the night market and 2 min walk to the port to the floating market. The staff was very helpful in helping us get to the bus station the next day. It's a basic hotel, but it's got everything you need.

Budget accommodation with fantastic staff
We had a budget double room, it was on the small side and the shower pressure was a bit low however air conditioning was great and the room cooked very quickly after a hot day and wifi was great. The location of the hotel was great and within easy walking distance to a nice walk along the river and the night market. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and a real asset to the hotel. The tours we organised with them were fantastic and both guides exceptional on our food tour at night and our 7 hour tour of the floating markets and countryside. Would highly recommend their tours and would stay here again. The price we paid for both the accommodation and tours was very good value.

Horrible hotel
Review of Kim Long Hotel, Can Tho, Vietnam. When we arrived at the hotel we expected to be sent to another hotel as we had received a mail fram the manager that the hotel was overbooked. However, the manager told us he had "upgraded" us to a family room with 3 beds and private rooftop terrace. We found the private terrace was also used as the hotels drying room, so not much privacy during day. Additionally the bathroom was not en suite, so we had to dress up and walk over the terrace to get to the loo. The manager's children were allowed to shout, fight and watch TV during breakfast without any reaction from parents. When the manager asked us if we ever enjoyed alcoholic drinks, we had to check our passports to see if our visa was for North Korea to visit Kim Jong-un in stead of Kim Long Hotel in Vietnam. We also were criticized for putting used towels on the floor. There were no pegs in the bathroom, and the towels would not be dirty if the bathroom floor had been clean. They also forgot to order bus tickets to HCMC, so had to leave at 2 in the morning. We will probably not be back

I stayed 4 days at the Kim Long Hotel - it has been my best hotel experience in nearly 3 months of travelling Vietnam. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is great, close to the river, markets and eateries.

N en vaut pas la peine
Nous n’avons pas apprécié notre séjour à Cantho. La chambre avait des traces de chaussures au sol que nous avons nettoyées. En demandant au gérant celui-Co nous répond que la chambre a été faite et ne cherche pas à nettoyer les traces. Nous avons réservé l’excursion au marché flottant via l hôtel pour 520 000 duong par personne ce qui est assez cher. La guide était très bien par contre l’excursion en elle même n en vaut clairement pas la peine. 10 min passé dans le marché flottant, arrivés au deuxième marché, nous arrivons trop tard car celui ci est déjà fermé! 7 heures de bateau pour ne quasiment rien voir

We didn't have a proper cheking, the person in reception didn't explain anything. He was kind to lend us two umbrellas. However the Next day, we ordered a taxi to go to the airport and they got us a green car, no meter and no taxi licence and told us that was one of the local taxi companies. As we were in a hurry we had to pay what he asked for. We felt ripped off.

Dear guest, Thanks for writing a review. Regarding transportation from our hotel to Can Tho Airport, you needed the cheapest taxi. So, I just helped you to Order Grap taxi and told you the amount you support to pay when you arrive at the Airport. So, you already know about that before you go.
