When we arrived to check in there was a hand-written sign on the office door that said the facility was closed. We had a reservation and had received no warning that the motel was closed. We eventually found a guy who might have been a staff member after searching around the property. He said there had been a fire and they had been closed for several days. We would not be able to stay there. Again, no one -- neither Motel 6 nor Expedia -- warned us that we would not be able to stay there. After an hour on the phone with an Expedia rep, we were able to find another hotel for the same price. But it would have been nice to have a heads-up before we arrived.

it was good to stay there, but the disturbance all night long !! and no basic utilities (brush ,shampoo conditioner) compared to price and was too noisy all night long !! i stayed for two nights staffs were awesome but the blankets were too light and pillow was extremely uncomfortable need to work on utilities and change the pillow and blankets rest was good the staffs were way too cool which satisfies my stay

It was remodeled as an improvement but the proerty is right next to the freeway and very busy streets lots of noise that I block out by having the air con all the time and ear plugs for sleeping.

Hotels wasn’t bad customer service was lacking. Check in manager looked mad when I checked in room semi-outdated features didn’t work. No chargers for phone beds were old uncomfortable with sleeping.

It was perfectly located , and a real good price, our truck broke down and manager let us keep the truck there 2 extra days until we got the parts for it I offer to pay for my work truck to be park there and management said. No worries just get your truck fix !

The room was a little noisy and the bathroom wasn’t swept properly. But the bed was comfortable and the gentleman working at the front desk was excellent at his job. He went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

To start I was billed $96 to my card while I was attempting to pay cash at the office the full cost was $82. That issue is in need of attention still, I learned of this the following day after my stay. The items I brought that need refrigeration were put into the room refrigerator which I found out the following morning that this refrigerator was not plugged into the electrical receptor. So spoiled food to discard was disappointing. The room was clean! The heater/air conditioner unit was inoperable adjustment wise the buttons were not functioning. Starting at 9:30a.m. the house keeping staff would knock on the door every 5-10 minutes.

This is a cheap place to lay your head for a few hours . It is clean and Depending on the people staying most of the time it’s quiet . Some traffic noise but not horrible . Lady who checked me in was very nice . Office was clean . No frills. Good for sleeping one off . Lots of food in walking distance .

Not worth the disrespect and attitude!
Took my money and then said I couldn’t stay there! Lady in the front has been rude time and time again when we go to check in. Only reason I stay there is because i work down the street and it’s convenient. I personally think she’s a racist. Made notes in our check in about an argument that never happened. Was extremely irritated when I went to check in the previous night with my daughter because “I didn’t add her on the reservation when I booked”. She said she made notes but never said I wasn’t allowed to come back so I’m very confused. I just want my money back. I’m definitely going to escalate this because this is not right
