The beds were not very comfortable had to get extra blankets. Pillows 3 on each bed, but size of a throw pillow. Was close to Ft. Drum sothat is what i was looking for.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We have been on the road for 10 days. This was the only hotel that spruced our room every day. Towels every day. Trash emptied every day.

We stayed here two nights for the eclipse. Our room was a bit small but it was neat and clean. The area around had a large side yard where many people spent the afternoon for the eclipse. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I certainly would stay again.

Breakfast items were unacceptable. Nothing fresh whatsoever. Coffee was inferior. No carpeting on the floors. This is refreshing in Florida but not in this climate.

Only complaint was small breakfast area when busy. Lots of soldiers and their families go here, better breakfast options would be nice. Place otherwise was a 10 .

Staff was especially friendly. My ONLY complaint, was I would have liked bagels, toast, and or english muffins, at breakfast. But the waffle was great!

We had no issues with check in or with the staff there. It's been a super easy check in and someone was there immediatly upon check in. Very nice guy at the desk. Always a pleasure.

Amazing little gem. Check in staff was amazing. We checked in later (around 8:00pm) and the gentleman at the counter was wonderful. He was extremely efficient, kind and informative. The young lady at check out was also wonderful and served us with a smile. Our room was warm, clean and in good condition. Area is quiet but there are restaurants and a Walmart all within walking distance. We will definitely be returning.
