"We found this room disappointing and not worth the price of the room. It was very dark, not particularly clean and very basic. I would say the bathroom is fine! We did request another room, however we were asked to pay more to move. The breakfast wasn’t great, and we both left the majority of the hot food. I would put it on par with a travelodge. Was full of students and felt sorry for the staff as they were really busy but could not keep up with the busy time l, they were over worked and seemed confused. We booked a table for the evening meal and no one knew about it . No table reserved for us. .

"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard.
There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding.
The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor.

"Ok clean and location was good .
I stayed in a ground floor room facing the gravelled car park . The heat wave meant I needed to open the windows. Cars parked right outside my window was not great sadly. Very hot conditions. Couldn’t open curtains in the morning to get dressed due to lack of privacy . People leaving and arriving in the car park."

"After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, it was a great stay for our family of 4. The studio was as advertised and the sofa bed was made up for our kids. "Great and memorable stay. The food was excellent, especially the dinner and I would rate this place 10/10. The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us, showing great flexibility throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional, truly beyond words. "At check out we had small issue about the parking and Sema was wonderful to, helped us to the car, gave us tips on getting around and was a delight! Everyone was nice and friendly but she was exceptional. Only negative I had was no orange juice at breakfast. Was empty and it was not refilled. Minor complaint."
