Convenient location, friendly staff and great breakfast. Only complaint was shower drain was slow and shower diverter took a little effort to pull up. I would recommend staying here and had overall great experience.

I just noticed my room has an existing repair that was patched but it needs additional work. It looks like it might still be leaking. If it was fixed esthetically and looked nice I wouldn’t have noticed this in the ceiling. It was fairly obvious that it was repaired but the ceiling needed spackling and paint and who know what else. I took pictures so the comfort Inn will know. I assume they shouldn’t rent it when the ceiling looked like this. The bathroom also has a patch of a repair by the shower head.

The hotel advertises complete accessibility, but the lifts for both the pool and hot tub don’t work and the staff knew nothing about them or how to address the problem. we’ve found this same problem at other Comfort Inns. Otherwise, our room was very good and well equipped for ADA access.

This is my second time staying at Comfort Inn and Suites. It is extremely well maintained, the rooms are big, breakfast is consistent, value for your money is great, and it is close to the airport and not far from downtown. I also appreciate that it allows pets. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful.

Very close to the airport and my wife was by herself and she felt very safe and she is going to be a member here cause she comes two - three times a year to see her Grandchildren. Shuttle service was good even at flying in at midnight 😁
