"The hotel was lovely clean and in a lovely location walking distance from airport but far enough away for it to be peaceful. We had a room on the 5th floor it was clean and a good size bed was not great but ok for 1 night my only fault for my stay was waking up at around 4am when i heard what i think was a washing machine above me i have a feeling the floor above 5th is for staff maybe and thats where they have their laundry done so would avoid the 5th floor if possible "

"Our apartment was clean & tidy, had everything we needed, could just do with a bit of maintenance work on it, it was close to the Bullring shopping centre & a 20-25 minute walk to the Ultilia arena, would stay there again."

"we stayed for 2 nights,20 minute walk to the station for the train to Utilita arena, room was very clean ,breakfast nice and hot! A special shout out to Sophia who worked so hard all morning and nothing was too much trouble for her,all with a smile,a credit to the hotel."
