I have never stayed at a place so bad before. They were not willing to help me with anything. It started off the night we checked him. The lady did not check us In properly so we had two different people try to come into our room between the time of 1am to 2pm. We also asked for a roll away bed the same night and it took them an hour to even do anything for us. The guy slammed the door in my face when I asked to get the roll out bed. Then we asked the following night to see if we could switch rooms because our tv was not working and our lights were not working. Sense we were not checked in properly the first night it showed that we never showed up. Clearly we were checked in because we had our room key and all of our stuff was in that room. The manager refused to talk to me on the phone and they refused to switch our room for us so I checked out that night (Friday the 24th) and went to another hotel.

Needs some upgrades. No elevator. Bathtub didn’t have a stopper for taking a bath. No bar but holes for the bar. The most disappointing part was breakfast. The food ran out before 8am. The waffle mix was runny and didn’t work. Not enough seating for breakfast. The pool was warm and pleasant. Bed was comfortable.

When we arrived with reservation we told they over booked so I could have another room and would be CHARGED more WOW and the parking lot was so flooded it ripped the undercarriage of my van off so was delayed on our trip to get that taken care of. Called the owner still haven’t heard from them. 3 of the staff were outside smoking the whole time and can’t help people with anything. Don’t stay here!!!

Very run down, old, dirty, unfriendly staff. Front desk guy was ok. Pool and hot tub are decent. Positive note, there are several great places to eat within walking distance.

The door near our room had a card reader but, did not lock. This allowed anyone into the building. There was graffiti in the back of the building and while walking our dogs encountered several homeless people on the premises. I felt unsafe inside and outside and would not leave the hotel without my husband with me. The beds were very uncomfortable and very squeaky. The pillows were a joke, the size of throw pillows that would be used on a couch. I would not recommend this hotel.
