This is a beautiful facility, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Dining was amazing and the shopping was top notch. I will be coming back for a long weekend. We came to see a concert and stayed over. The concert facility was awesome and it was such a great experience.

Went for my husband's birthday for a night. We stayed in the presidential suite. Room decor could use a refresh. Had a little kitchenette area but no microwave or toaster which for the type of room was a little strange. Also we weren't able to get into our room until after 6pm cause it wasn't ready......2 hours after check in time!

The public bathrooms near the food area smelled like strong urine before I even walked in. My family was harassed and had the police called on them because they assumed they snuck in. Our room bathroom was filthy I did not shower and had to wash up in the sink. Please put my in touch with the general manager.

Property is beautiful. Room was nice. Way too hot, even with thermostat set to the lowest temperature. Super hard bed, not comfortable at all.

Exceeded my expectations on every level except one - hated the smoking allowed anywhere in the casino. Great place to see a show there, and Bethlehem is an interesting place to visit.

Outlets kind of small. Had to eat at food court although looked like seating available at restaurants in resort they were reserved for reservations. Room clean and comfortable and had everything needed. Great eating options and activities in town itself. Loved the steelworks theme.

I was at the property from Sunday to Thursday, several of the shops were closed which I didn't expect, but I do understand its based on hotel volume. When I was there in February over a weekend I was able to get a lot of shopping done at that time. There were redemption machines that were out of commission. I would like to see more in-room dining options that are healthier. I booked a suite which was absolutely beautiful. The walls are a bit thin I could hear what I think was housekeeping talking when they were in the hall. Overall the stay was nice and would return again.

My wife and I stayed here to attend a Brit Floyd concert. The hotel and event were amazing. We really enjoyed not driving to a hotel after the concert. The room was more than adequate, and we will stay here again.

The area driving in is a little different. Once you get to the Wind Creek it’s great! The valet parking immediate friendly and quick. The hotel is very nice! The room is big, nice and comfortable! We had book for “The Price is Right Show”. It was wonderful the hotel has the event center within it along with an escalator up to the shopping mall and the casino! It was worth the trip.
