"A beautiful hotel, very conveniently located to the Space Needle. The help we received to take their shuttle to the cruise port was top notch. Everything about the room was comfortable. One of the best showers I’ve seen and had at a hotel. "The room was very classy and comfy. Customer service was excellent. Good spot with minimal traffic. We asked for a late scheduled checkout and the front desk helped out. We did end of having issues with the updated key card, but the people were very flexible and helped us retrieve our bags from the locked room. "

"Service was the best I have had at a hotel. Dexter was very friendly, helpful, and definitely hustled. Hotel was nice and an easy walk to local attractions. If you fly in to Seattle, take the light rail to Westlake. Then pick ip the monorail to the space needle. It’s a short walk from there. "
