I found this hotel online and relied on the star rating and reviews. It says 4 star and exceptional. What we found was a very nice looking hotel with great concepts! Unfortunately, I believe it may still be under construction. Our room was missing vent covers, the auto shades stopped working, no artwork on the walls (maybe that's the intended design), the towels were very rough, no drinking glasses or coffee maker in the room. We were also unable to adequately adjust the room temperature so we were too hot even after trying to reduce the temperature. The twin bed mattreses were very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is on a very busy street and not in a particularly nice area. We weren't ever able to connect to the WiFi in our room and the TV never connected to WiFi either so we were unable to watch TV or a movie. The design and concept of the hotel are great! Perhaps it wasn't fully ready to be open or our suite wasn't quite ready. Staff was very nice!

The staff went out of their way to assure a memorable stay. 1/2 hour to Pompeii, 15 minutes to the beach. A short drive to Alberbello.

I stayed a few days and had a wonderful experience: every staff member I encountered were delightful and eager to help, but I must mention the manager Pasquale, who is just a cut above. The rooms were perfectly clean, very comfortable, and ours was upgraded so that we could stay in the suite with the sauna and the Jacuzzi, which is superb. Service and breakfast top notch!

Perfect stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lamberti Boutique Hotel. It was at a perfect location with direct access to the motorway, which made it extremely convenient for day trips to nearby cities. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and in pristine condition. Hotel staff were extremely attentive and highly supportive with anything that we required during our stay. We want to extend our special thanks to Gerardo at the front desk, he was great help with everything and always had a big smile! Director of the hotel was also very attentive and even gave us gifts. We are definitely going back and highly recommend this hotel.

Purtroppo devo dire che la struttura presenta molte zone umide e si vede dalle pareti, la camera era una junior suite composta da 2 stanze e bagno , 1 stanza puzzava di muffa ed era inutilizzabile , la seconda inondata di profumo evidentemente per coprire lo sgradevole odore che si respirava , il balcone è comuncate con tutte le stanze su quella facciata quindi non potevi ,per privaci dormire con l'anta aperta, il lenzuolo del divano era stracciato, punto a favore un bel bagno grande e una doccia enorme.

호텔 괜찮습니다. 깨끗하고 조용하고.. 내부 컨디션 좋고.. 호텔은 타운 센터에 위치해 있고요.. 폼페이 유적지에서 약 2km 떨어져 있습니다. 걸어가기 나쁘지 않습니다.

Dopo aver trascorso un lungo viaggio io e mia moglie ci siamo voluti fermare in questo Hotel.Che dire……..una piacevole scoperta,ambiente pulito con attenzione ai dettagli e alla cura del cliente.La camera era pulita,spaziosa e arredata con gusto,mentre il letto era comodissimo con un materasso veramente speciale ed il bagno molto bello. La colazione più che abbondante con molta varietà e tutto di prima qualità. Parlando dello staff…..abbiamo respirato da subito una cortesia ed una ospitabilita’ genuina e simpatica che ci ha conquistati. La posizione è ottima,vicino uscita autostrada e vicino la stazione ferroviaria di Battipaglia. Sicuramente è un hotel che vi consiglio volentieri e in cui torneremo sicuramente con piacere. Struttura nuova, moderna, con camere ampie e provviste di ogni comfort per gli ospiti. Personale gentile ed efficiente per ogni richiesta, attenti ad ogni dettaglio. Avevamo prenotato per un’unica notte, ma siamo rimasti con piacere un giorno in più. A colazione i pancake ed i cornetti sono stati una piacevole scoperta.
