"Within Banff proper city, but a bit of a walk into downtown - less traffic, but not near any shopping. Boutique hotel, very charming, catering to couples, with a woody's motif. The complimentary smores are a nice touch and decent breakfast offering."

"Location was great - walkable to shopping and dining. Room was clean - could use a fold out luggage stand or two. Hot tub worked well - tub and surrounding tile probably could use a good powerwash.Would be nice if onsite restaurant (The Meatball) added some variety other than just pizza and pasta."

"The Rundlestone was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only problem that we had was with the HVAC. If the room got too hot, it sounded like the AC came on. Using the AC in the winter doesn't seem consistent with the conservation vibe I felt in Banff"
