“Fantastic hotel”

Staffs are friendly and totally helpful. Very welcoming, they welcome guests with welcome drinks and staffs are always smiling and ready to serve. Good job. Swimming is deep for me, its 1.6m so I couldnt swim much.

We were welcome with all the friendly staffs. The hotel area is clean in fact our room is clean & well tidy too. I love the food there nice & delicious. If I were to give a chance to visit Bandung I will stay at this hotel next time :).

Booked 2 rooms and was given a connecting ones so it is convenience for our family of 4. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. However, there are many guess with families who are very noisy and talk and shout along the corridors in the morning or at night that interrupt our otherwise good sleep. Getting around by taxi is easy but not much places to go around the hotel if you intend to walk. Overall, our 3 nights stay was pleasant and not to forget, breakfast spread was excellent. Keep it up!
