First room they provided smelled like cigarette smoke so we asked for another room. Second room had a dog barking in a nearby room so we decided this hotel was not acceptable for getting a good night's rest. We had booked through Expedia and they contacted the hotel to ask for a refund due to the unacceptable circumstances but the hotel denied offering a refund. Bad customer service at this hotel

The employee at check out was very kind, it was our neighbors they were in and out of their room all night slamming doors and being so loud, we didn’t get much sleep. When we turned on our light in the restroom at one point it turned the vent on the smell of weed was coming through the vents. The room was good tho.

Good hotel to stay the night with family, very clean. Acceptable breakfast. Unfortunately pool is way too cold to be used in chilli weather.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a rating of 3 1/2 stars so wasn't sure what to expect. Cleanliness is most important to me, and it was definitely clean. I was afraid it might be a bit shabby, which it wasn't. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but it was quite nice. Breakfast was the norm. I would definitely stay there again.

All Good, But Uncomfortable Bed
Everything about this place was honestly very nice, I was very surprised with how beautiful the hotel room and lobby! Front desk was very nice and communicative. But man, the bed was too big of a dealbreaker to overlook, and it soured the night I had planned for my partner and I. It genuinely felt no different from sleeping on the floor, no support or bounce whatsoever. I couldn’t stay the night because of it. The jetted tub was very nice though, but do keep in mind that it is the same size as a normal tub, I don’t know why I thought it would be larger.

My and my girls got a small get away. Definitely comfortable but the struggle of having to wait for someone to unlock your room was annoying and then looking around the room behind the dress was a condom and then under the side table was pills
