Very clean and comfortable. The beds and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience. The breakfast in the morning was the best I have ever experienced at any hotel.

My check-in was at 3 PM. When I got there, they told me it was still going to be another 30 minute wait. Even thought the check in time was 3pm. My family and I had a long trip and had to be at a family event at 4:30. So we needed to get ready quickly and leave by 4pm. The room wasn’t available until 3:40pm. But other than that the stay was all right.

They have a designated dog walking area that is really nice. Unfortunately while we were there most of it was wet and muddy from overwatering. They always have iced water, coffee, hot chocolate and tea available in the lobby to self serve which is really nice.

The property was clean and well kept Big problem was the noisy neighbors on all sides People running up and down hall all night long.There were no quiet hours set. Dogs, not service animals, were everywhere, running down halls and in the morning dining area We are a family with allergies to animal dander. Lastly, the front desk requested to take a photo of my credit card at check in I did not comply.

This is a nice hotel and clean. Room decor was fine and bed was comfortable. The only downside was the room size for a king bed seemed small and cramped.

Veronica was very rude and has terrible customer service. Also we left Saturday morning and should be reimbursed for our last day since we didn’t stay until Sunday.

They pump the strong perfume smell into the rooms. I have a headache condition and many people are very sensitive to smells. It was a miserable night. I asked to be moved, but they said they were sold out. I also imagine they do this in all the rooms. Please put this as a warning to those with medical conditions. So frustrating. :(

My family liked the indoor pool and free breakfast. My family didn't like that is was too noisy at night. We had to wake up early for a soccer tournament and people in the floor above us was very noisy until very late.
