"You walked in greeted by big warm smiles of precessional staff. I had a medical emergency and was sent to the ER. The night shift staff stayed with us the whole time while assisting EMT to get me into the ambulance. They even got me some herbal tea, cakes and cookies the next day and wish me a fast recovery. They really went far and beyond to make their guests feel warm, welcoming and comfortable. One of their staff Andrea ( I probably spelled her name wrong) made several dinner reservations for us and reminded us when she saw us. The house keeper did a phenomenal job. We will definitely stay there again. "
