Staff needs to work on fixing the access card system. I had to get 3 new cards during a 5 night stay because the cards would not open the door after about 24 hrs. PITA

Check in was terrible then found out the toilet was used and everything was left in it! If housecleaning was there did they clean the toilet? Did they use it? NASTY

I liked the convenience of the location and the available nearby restaurants. I did not like the faint cigarette smoke odor in the non-smoking room. I realize that this is probably an issue that is difficult for the staff to enforce. Or maybe they do not detect it. For me it was obvious!

Room was great. Very nicely designed with an Asian feel, and not the run-of-the-mill motel-type room. The garden crew needs to do some weeding and taking out poison ivy in the whole area to left of front door. When I was checking in in the late afternoon, there was no one at the desk, just a screen where I talked to someone (like a zoom meeting). It felt weird.

Our stay was all in all good. Booking and check-in was very easy and the room was clean and had everything you need. However, it smelled a bit musty and you couldn’t open the window because of the ventilator. Also, the WiFi didn’t work in our room (got a connection but couldn’t browse), so we had to use our valuable mobile data

Check in was odd and uncomfortable as you check in through a kiosk where you talk to a person on video ... We have yet to see anyone in person who works in the hotel, and no one answered when we called down to the front desk. Rooms could be cleaned better, some stains on the walls, peeling wallpaper, and the smoke detecor is dangling from the ceiling.
