"This property was the last hotel we stayed at of a 3 week vacation and it was the perfect send off! It has an interior access to the train station. The lobby is beautiful with a side room with beverages in the afternoon. We were in a habit facing high room and the view was spectacular! Very roomy! Clean! Classy! The kitchenette is perfect! The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The laundry facilities was nice - 6 each washer and dryers. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan and I have stayed in many over the years. It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The housekeeping was great every day and I had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji during sunset every day and a view over Yokohama. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. "Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. "

Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. EXCELLENT!
"The staff was extremely attentive - hauling our luggage from the entrance to the check in counter to the room (with no tipping of course!) - always greeted us, and there was no staff shortage. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and had a mini fridge. The ocean view was fun and memorable. The breakfast buffet also excellent. The hotel has direct access to the subway station and a 24-hour convenience store just one escalator away. A great experience overall!"
