I had to change rooms 3 times between having asked to not be put into a room with someone in the conjoined room as they were loud. People were smoking in the halls, the room smelled.

Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at! The staff was were so rude! Whether you’re calling on the phone or in person, they show no hospitality at all. The room was beyond dirty, the floors had what looked like some sort of infestation, the rooms smelt musty, and there were holes in the walls. Their pool was “closed for the season” when we were not told that when calling in to ask for pool hours. The staff went out of the way to make everything about the trip difficult. They even canceled my reservation even though I told them I would be checking in late. Overall it’s way better to spend the extra money and go somewhere that’s actually nice in the area. I feel like i wasted my money coming here and I will NEVER be coming here again.

While visiting family I reserved a 2 Bed Non-Smoking room for one week through Expedia as I am an Expedia rewards member and receive rewards for my bookings. Room was for the most part clean, however some of the towels and sheets were stained and the shower pressure was not very good and had to request a change of room. Water pressure in the second room was better, however there was only one lighting fixure on the night stand and not on the desk. There also was no clock radio in the second room. Contacted the front desk and they promply sent maintainence to my room with an alarm clock and lamp for the desk which didn't stand properly. There is 2 seperate areas next to each other, one for the shower and toilet and next to it seperated by a door was the vanity with sink and mirror in which there was only one bulb working and the door in between, not exactly sure why there was even a door inbetween, it opened out and was constantly in the way. I found it to be very annoying that I requested non-smoking room and they put a chain-smoker in the room next to me and it smelled like stale toilet smoke all night like the way it smells when someone smokes in a bathroom. The property itself was in overall good condition and there was a spacious cafe type lounge in the lobby. During the weeked the front parking was full by the time I returned and had to park in the back of the building and had to walk around the building to the front because the back entrance was locked.
