"The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly, the rooms are cleaned well and provide everything you really need (within a Ryokan setting). The futon is comfortable and the (small) shower hot. My only complaint, the manager informed me that I couldn't have a friend come by the room to visit l, which I felt was unreasonable."

"The room was small, but the furnishings were really old and battered. Space can really be better planned - EG put the TV on the wall., to give a bit more space on the desk. The bedspread/doonacover is in very poor condition. The taps in the bathroom are leaking. We are staying for 4 nights - room might be OK for one night"

"Our room was very small. We saw lots of dust in the room we stayed in. There were left over trash too! we found condom wrapper!! We were assigned a room in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. it was very hard cause we got big luggage's plus we have 2 small kids with us it was definitely not safe for small kids. I don't recommend for families. the only thing that was ok with this hotel was the location it was close to stations, shopping area and the Senso-ji temple. "
