"The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly, the rooms are cleaned well and provide everything you really need (within a Ryokan setting). The futon is comfortable and the (small) shower hot. My only complaint, the manager informed me that I couldn't have a friend come by the room to visit l, which I felt was unreasonable."

"The room was small, but the furnishings were really old and battered. Space can really be better planned - EG put the TV on the wall., to give a bit more space on the desk. The bedspread/doonacover is in very poor condition. The taps in the bathroom are leaking. We are staying for 4 nights - room might be OK for one night"
