Ankara Hotels with Adjoining Rooms

"This Hotel is nothing but a Hostel. It is not luxurious. Not a 5 star property. Totally disgusted by how dirty the carpet is. Lugar rack fallen apart I asked for a manager because we found some pills and a some med empty package under the bed. Outlets on the rooms are ripped off the walls. Not as expected. I was told that a manager was out of town for a week as if they don’t know how to Habdle a request at the front desk. Staff needs more training .not worth your money "

"I barely complain about a place I accept what i paid for but at this property i am shocked to the fact that the room has a cigarette smell it is very bad I couldn’t sleep and my room is supposed to be non smoking room "

"The biggest disappointment was the language barrier. Only few of day staff were able to speak english. None of the night shift staff were able to speak english. We had water leak in one of our rooms at 3 am, no one was able to understand and help. One of the staff was even giving us hard time and got so aggressive. Breakfast is very simple, not many choices, no fruits and nuts. "
