The staff here was amazing and friendly. The rooms were clean and smelt clean! The ladies cooking breakfast were kind and made sure we were taken care of every time we went in. The breakfast potatoes were our families favorite. We will back for sure

With online reservations, I was in the lobby for 40 minutes checking in because after the first room booked, the staff member could not get the second room for me because they said that another member had locked my reservation. Whatever that means. For booking two rooms with one confirmation and one itinerary number the hotel still put a $100 hold on my card for each room. So while we’re figuring this out the lobby begins to fill up with people who had come from Disney land and they couldn’t get back in their room because Disneylands security damages the room cards for the hotel that is 2miles from DisneyLand and the reason why I even booked this spot in the first place. Safe to say I’ll never come back!

The worst hotel stay and i was only here for a couple hours. I stayed here a few years ago and loved it. It was nothing like a i remember. First, the area around the hotel is scary. Way worse than i remember. If youre taking your fam to disney, i wouldnt stay anywhere past the portifino. The area gets really unsafe after that. The hotel was much more run down than i remember. They changed us a $30 early check in fee for checking in ONE HOUR before check in. Which i thought was a little much. Our hotel room was dingy, musty, smelly, sticky (lots of sticky surfaces) and giant looking ants all over the bathroom. We also needed more towells and a new remote because ours was disgusting and broken. It took FIVE requests via phone and me going into the lobby before we got towells. Never got the remote. At 1 point i called the lobby about the remote and rebecca was insanely rude and hostile towards me. When i asked to talk to a manager she told me 1 wouldnt be in for days and they dont respond to after hours texts/calls. I told her i didnt feel comfortable staying somewhere where the front desk is so rude and i cant talk to a manager for days. It took an hour of expedia fighting with them before i got the refund. Rebecca mocked me, laughed at me, and had a large maintenence man follow me and my daughters around and intimidate us. If we didnt get out when we did i think they were going to physically attack us. I think they do it on purpuse so youll leave and they can keep your money.

The hotel is down the street from the tog story parking lot. Its hard to find one room that fits 6 ppl. There were 2 queens in one room and a bunk bed in a little room with a door. 2 bathrooms so we could all get ready faster. Plus it was quiet. Ive stayed at clarion. Kings inn. One of the best westerns. This was low cost and best bang for my bucks. Breakfast included!

Front desk staff could have been more friendly but the ladies who worked the breakfast area were awesome! It is hard to find a hotel with a hot breakfast included so we made sure to eat before we left for the park each morning. It was convenient to ride ART to and from the park with a bus approximately every 30 minutes.

If you stay on the second floor you have to carry all your luggage up stairs. We had an earwig on our pillow. The shower handle leaked water when we showered. The area around the hotel is very loud at night by the Rita’s ice place. They had street racers and tons of traffic all night. The bus that you can take to Disney is every 30 minutes but runs late and you’re waiting forever. The rooms are not up to date we won’t stay here again.

Staff is great!!! Very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and a good location. Pretty noisy due to street traffic but overall a great, budget friendly place to stay.

The property was a little outdated, but we liked that it had enough room for our family of six. The bunk beds and 2 bathrooms are a rare find. It also included breakfast which was nice. We like that it had a pool and hot tub.

The walls are so thin we could hear conversation of adults and crying baby in the next room. The room had a pungeant smell, we had to go buy deorderizing spray. Hotel staff was awesome and so was the breakfast.

In general, the hotel is not bad but very cold at night, the heater is very noisy. The muzzle from the front door. But that's not the main problem. A big problem in the competence of the employee. When we stopped by, the Daizy administration said that we could stay in the room the next day until 2 p.m. without problems, but as soon as the next day came at 11 a.m., we were called and told to vacate the room, and if you want to extend it to two hours, pay extra. We were not ready for this because there was an initial agreement with the administrator. If she had immediately said that it wouldn't work out like this and it would be necessary to pay extra, of course, everything would be different. Due to the fact that the room was terribly cold, my wife caught a cold and she had a fever and to all this we had to move out because of the incompetence of the employee.

Not great for light sleepers. You can hear all the cars and people walking by. Convenient when it comes to getting to Disney in way of the shuttle. The shuttle service is amazing. Breakfast is great. Parking fee is not included in upfront cost.

We enjoyed our stay and loved how nice everyone was who worked there! Our room was a bit noisy being closer to the back side with all the cars driving by pretty fast and loud all night. Good thing we brought our white noise machine. (Highly recommend!) The room all in all was tidy and clean. Beds were average not as comfy as I am used to. After a long day at Disney it did the job. To be honest it was good for the price and we had a wonderful time! My daughter loved the breakfast every morning with all the variety of items. If you do not like half and half there is a Starbucks close by! I had to go there every morning since that’s all they offered. The pool was sparkling clean too! Tip: There are no elevators so if you come with many bags I suggest asking for help or staying on the first floor.
