The front desk associate was unprofessional. Failed to activate door key for a couple guests while I was waiting. My room had bed bugs. I took a video and shared it with the maintenance and text to the Manager who refused to speak with me. There was no Manager onsite. We had to make reservations for another hotel and paid the higher rates covering the 3 weekend days. Overall awful experience. I will never return.

Our hotel room and several other hotel rooms had bed bugs. The hotel receptionist told me that although I had made my reservation on the expedia website, I would have to go via them to get my refund for lodging. Expedia got in touch with the hotel when I contacted them, and the hotel turned down my request for a refund.I've reached out to Hilton once more and am awaiting a response.

The hot tub was clutch. Hotel was very clean. They could have been less stingy with coffee for the rooms. Getting refunded for services never renered is a bit of a challenge.

I loved the room it was comfortable, the jacuzzi and the pool, the assistant manager greeted us upon arrival and was really professional and nice. What I didn’t like too much was the service at breakfast, but overall I like the hotel this is our second stay here in the last 2 months or so.
