"We enjoyed the view, and the room was very nice. One should be aware the sea view rooms can potentially be a bit loud due to all the pedestrian traffic along the sea wall. Not bad with door closed but if you want it open, it’s loud especially over a weekend. Didn’t take away from the overall experience. Elements bar was great! Great service and great food. Breakfast was also great! We enjoyed our stay, thank you!"

"We book a 3 day stay here. 1st day tv and ac did not work in room. After many attempt to get it working and not being successful. I had to demand a differnet room. Manager and all staff were understanding and move us on the 2nd day to a differnt room. Staff were great, hotel is very clean. Upstairs terrance was great. Pool was very nice. Overall great place. I would of gave them 5 stars but the 1st room was an issue."

"I was here off season so I believe it would have been better during tourist season. It’s a reasonable hotel with nice pool grounds. You definitely want to have a car while here as there is no public transit nearby. There’s a bus by twenty minute walk but it is surrounded by highways. Crystal Cafe was great and Pizza in the mall nearby was fabulous but it’s a dangerous walk on highways. The staff was helpful when I needed something. Definitely have your Italian translator handy."
