"The property was great, but a couple things: - No a/c and the room was extremely hot, we were roasted as we came in, until we opened the doors and windows for few hours - so many red ants all over the property biting us, on the kitchen counter, bathroom, beds and everywhere - biten all over - curtains falling Enjoyed the patio and the huge appartment size. "We enjoyed the atmosphere in the area. It was quiet and well maintained. The golf course across the street was pretty. The daily chicken visit was cute. It was drivable to shopping and the beach. Having a garage was nice. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of outside gear such as beach chairs, snorkeling and bikes to ride. The furnishings were clean but dated. "

"The property we stayed at had the quality of a fairly luxurious time share property, but for a fraction of the price. A short drive from Hanalei, and a short walk to a private beach. We had two full rooms, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a deck. I was also super pleased with the communication from their main staff member. However, be warned to read the fine print as you do have to pay a fairly costly cleaning fee as part of this rental. I would definitely go there again."

"First time on Kauai? Please be aware, nothing is Ocean Front. You may see the ocean, but all housing is high on cliffs and far from the water. Between the roosters and the property maintenance workers, do not plan to sleep past 7 a.m! Would have been nice to have a food option on the property. "The pool is amazing. Very family oriented resort. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Nice BBQ grill areas. Probably the best place to stay with a family on the island. They have a beach area and there is always a lounge chair available. It is located between the North and South side of the island which is the perfect location. I thought about staying on the South side next time, but I think this place probably has the best pool area on the island. They have a restaurant on-site as well. I do wish it was in an area that was a little more lush, but it is like its own little world. I would highly recommend it. "
