I had a lovely stay here, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are large and comfortable and shower pressure is great. Breakfast in the restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious. The Tudor style of the hotel makes it quirky and full of character, I think they have done a great job with keeping the theme without being too tacky. Thank you and would stay here again no bother.

Quirky faux Tudor style is pleasant . A bit different from most motels. We like it. Only criticism is the dated bathroom and poor shower that fluctuates between hot and cold

Check in easy and friendly. Fairly big room. Good location. Lounge torn - suggest a cover until it can be repaired. Doors of rooms noisy when closing which is not good at night if others come back to their room late when others are sleeping. Also, coffee mugs instead of little cups would be appreciated.

The property is in need of renovation. Furniture is old and tired The floor in the kitchen area was sticky although most of the unit was reasonably clean. The staff were friendly although we had limited interaction. Property is in a very central location with good food services within walking distance.

The property is very dated. Room service food was marginal at best. Hot tub was cold. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Cute cafe around the corner with awesome breakfast items and a wonderful produce market across the street.

Would have given 5 stars if not for ageing Decor of the rooms. While rooms are clean and tidy. The black decor and black bed spreads make already a gloomy space more depressing. Bit of TLC by an interior decorator, especially in the rooms, will make a world of a difference. Overall a good experience.

Very comfortable bed, well appointed room. Nicely fitted bathroom. Undercover parking was good since it was 35C, but numbers are limited. Did not try restaurant, but heard other guests rave about the food. Def stay again next time in Albury.

Very old place and really starting to show. Looks nice medieval look I guess you would call it. The good... The lady there was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Laundry free to use. The bad... The room was very impractical know where to put anything, there is a nice writing desk that can't be used as the chair doesn't fit and only one at that, where does a second person sit if having dinner in the room? Needs a proper table. The cupboard doors don't close properly that hide the fridge, and the fridge is too full of beer, coke, mars bars etc, leaving very little room to use it. You wouldn't say it was dirty, but could be better, the titles in the bathroom have not been cleaned properly for a long time, needs a good old fashioned scrub around the edges. The shower rose needs replacing. Curtain ripped. Carpet on stairs getting holes. It's time to revamp the place... I can't say I would recommend this place.
