Hi Melissa. I am very sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. We are very sorry that you were distrubed by another guests' dog. As you are aware, we are a Pet-Friendly hotel. It is my understanding that you that our Front Desk Agent did offer to relocated you to another room away from that particular dog, but that you declined/did not return to the Front Desk to complete the room move.
