Lisa at the front desk was rude. I asked for more towels and then asked me to bring the dirty ones in a garbage bag which I didn't have an issue with but when I handed them to her she started to look thru the bag and count the towels in front of me. I told her that they were all there and she said thay she didn't mean to offend me but the towels dissappear there. I told her she shouldn't do that in front of the guest!

We do have a policy in place with our front desk staff that if they are exchanging towels, we need to make sure what amount comes in then goes out. It is not to offend you or anyone and truly we do apologize for that. I do not think it was meant in a rude way by her at all and I will speak with her in regard to doing it right up front. However, I think she was also just following the policy we have in place also. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this.

Disgusting filthy No ice poorly maintained AC broken Elevator cab looked like some got sick in there The reviews were good but very wrong this place should have 3 not an 8 The rate was much too expensive for such an awful place with cigarette butts and full and broken trash receptacles The young GM was a nice you lady full of excuses The Franchisee should be ashamed of themselves as they years behind in maintenance

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We take the cleanliness of our hotel very seriously, and we’re sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations. We have raised the issue with the Housekeeping/ groundskeeper / Maintenance so that going forward, we will not have these issues. I know this is no excuse, but we did have a lot of people call in unfortunately and no one to cover. I do just want to let you know our rate does increase/ decrease with the market so it being an event weekend the rates do go higher. However, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will speak with our staff and correct what needs to be done.

This was the absolute worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We rented a King Suite with two bathrooms. The showers in each were so gross that we didn’t want to get in them barefoot. The pictures are very deceiving as it looks very nice. There was a guy working on his car in the parking lot. It looked like someone spilled a whole container of ice cream on the sidewalk. It was more expensive than others in the area that ended up being much nicer. I’ve never seen a hotel as bad as this one. If I could give lower than one star, I would.

The room I had was supposed to be a double queen suite it was very nasty. Only one TV worked, and it had a bunch of boogers on the wall housekeeping never came to clean or give extra towels. Looks like a ran down motel.1-10 are 0

The rooms are pretty clean & the staff is friendly. I do wish they had connecting rooms, but that’s ok. We were traveling for spring break, a family of five, so we had to have two rooms. My kids in one room, us in the other. We had to swap rooms with my kids because we received a noise complaint from the person below their room. But it was fine

The room was in good condition and the stay was nice until a room was occupied with dogs on the level right above me. You could hear the foot steps of the dogs running around the round constantly and were barking all hours of the night

The staff both checking in and out were extremely friendly and kind. My coffee machine was not quite up to snuff. No sooner had I mentioned it to the front desk and wham! a new unit plus coffer was delivered. Room was clean and odor free. I'll stay here again.

Location good Lisa in the office is great otherwis
The heater didn’t work we asked for a refresh did not refill the toilet paper or the tissue. It was loud and cramped and the pillows are horrible.
