"Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...

We prefer hotel services with more a service and amenities so the comparison is not a good one. "The location is very convenient. There are lots of eating places within walking distance. The tube station is close by, as well as, there is access to a grocery just next door to the station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I liked having a kitchenette in my room. This gave it a home like atmosphere. Would definitely be recommending this place to others and would definitely be staying here on my next visit to London."
