"My recent stay at Encanto Hotel in acapulco following the aftermath of Otis left me with mixed feelings. The property has impressively restored the hotel, but certain aspects of my experience gave me pause. The restoration efforts undertaken by the property post-Otis cannot be overlooked. The hotel has done a commendable job in bringing the property back to its former glory, which is truly praiseworthy. "Hurricane Otis destroyed the hotel, it was poorly built, specially the windows, not up to hurricane-proof code"

"No sound on the tv , not hoy water to take a shower , the pool didnt seem clean or maintained at all we couldnt sleep good at night too hot had to go downstairs and request a fan it was the worse experiences in my life"
