"We loved the proximity to the park but the whole experience was spoiled because each time any room turned on the tap, the pipework screeched like a call bell. This happens all night. Staff were very quick to help move us to a quiet floor and they were very obviously aware of the problem so I can't complain about the staff but the manager needs to sort out the problem."

"I was really disappointed. I was originally booked for a king size bed at the Mecure then got apparently upgraded to a room at the Pullman. The staff member was lovely that’s not the issue. It was the fact that I was downgraded with a room that had a bad view. The shower took a while to correct the temperature and really tiny coffee cups. So I felt deceived on a level as the original room was why I booked this hotel.
I gave it four stars as the bar and lounge area was beautiful and the service...

"The location of the hotel was amazing!! A tram stop right out the front that makes it super easy to get into the city. The facilities and room were well optioned and clean. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The parking facilities aren’t exactly part of the hotel building, but it was easy to access and use from within the hotel.
I’ll easily stay here again for my next visit."

"I recently stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment at Quest St Kilda for two weeks. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, and the room was clean.
However, my stay was frustrating due to a lack of basic maintenance and dismissive customer service. I specifically booked my room type so that I would have in-room laundry facilities. "Great hotel for the price, the room did have a a bit of a Smokey smell despite being listed as non-smoking room. Other than that the place was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure, and the location was perfect…all the things you need for a great stay away from home."
