"FOH staff was fantastic! Coffee was great! The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient for transportation and to explore around. The only issue was that during my 5-days stay, deep cleaning of the room was requested 2 times and it never happened. Disappointing since we ran out of basic items such as hand soap, toilet paper etc and all the hustle to be looking for someone to have all items and towels replaced, we removed our own garbage, etc."

When we were checking out one of the tables in the lobby had a sharp nail head it caught my lululemon pants put a snag in them. I told the person at front desk she came and turned the table around.
