"Great hotel right in Times Square, within minutes from Broadway shows and fairly close to main NY attractions.
Staff was very helpful, personable, and professional. Our room was a two queen bed and it was a pretty decent size for NY. The daily breakfast vouchers were an awesome perk, with lots of options within the hotel restaurants or at a nearby place with great pizza and sandwiches.
The only slight problem was the noise, which we expected to have from being right in a busy area.

"Staff was all amazing and extremely kind. The property needs some love though. Leaky bathroom in a few ways (sink and toilet). One day all the main elevators to our floor were out all day…walked down 28 flights of stairs to get out and then to get back up we were able to take the service elevators which somehow didn’t go to floor 28 (at least only one flight of stairs to get to our room this time lol). Rooms are outdated and worn. Location is excellent though. All around decent stay but cost...
