"After my stay, I’m quite annoyed by all the negative reviews. My experience was great, room was cute and spacious , location is perfect, staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. On the first day the bathroom smelled like sewage (which can happen because this is AN ISLAND) but I guess someone might have reported it because it was fixed the next day. All to say, pay no mind about bad reviews, this is a great place to stay in Holbox. People complaining about the staff...

"The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone is very friendly. The property is beautiful. I only had an error on the all inclusive package because it was booked through Expedia. Overall great place to stay!!"

"staff was friendly and tried to accomodate. The original room had an airconditioning problem on one night they gave us another room for the night so that could be repaired. "This property needs to hire more staff that are welcoming, upon arrival at 2:45 pm they said my room would not be ready until 3:30 pm when check in time is supposed to be at 3.
