"This is located 15-18 minute bus ride from the train station. But it's away from busy downtown and have a beautiful view of the lake and mountain that makes the stay very relaxing. "The hotel is a little outdated. The room doesn’t have AC , only a little portable cooling system with a pipe out of the window, but the pipe was not hooked on the window just leaving an empty hole next to the bed. The check in at 2pm is too early, the room are not ready at all. So we left the luggage in the dirty room unattended or have a choice to leave by the front desk area without supervision. "We only stayed for one night as we on motorcycles trsvelling back to the UK from lake Como. We had dinner at the restaurant and I can confirm it's was truly delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. "Location is good. Town is beautiful however the hotel does not deserve to be ranked as a 4 star hotel due to how dirty rooms were. We had three rooms. 2 rooms had spider webs and other insects . One room smelled like a rotten cheese that the staff was aware of and changed to another room. I cannot believe that the regional health department allows this hotel to operate this way !"
