"The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The only issue I had with the room is that the bathroom mirror is so old, some of the silver backing is showing through. The beds were very comfortable. Alicia at the bar was also great helping me come up with ideas to spend the last day in SF with my daughter."

"I’ve stayed at the Embassy suites before and I was pretty surprised at the lack of customer service. For instance, one of the front elevators was not in service . They didn’t mention anything about it. The breakfast was mediocre. I recall it used to be good. I do want to acknowledge the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service: I called room service multiple times, they never answered. I sent messages through the Expedia app for a specific request and never received an answer....
