"I stayed on the 9th floor and I had to work online and my phone was not connecting to the Internet. I went out to get something to eat. Upon my return, I tried with my laptop but with no success. I then called the front desk to explain the situation. She was saying something whilst I was still speaking. I stopped to inquire as to the nature of her interruption. She responded, "Finish your complaint so that I can explain to you what's happening."

"El lugar es exactamente como las fotos, es un lugar tranquilo para descansar, limpio y además el servicio para recoger y llevar al aeropuerto muy agusto, las personas son muy amables, el desayuno rico y el café delicioso sin duda alguna mi próxima visita a Oakland será con ellos para hospedarnos gracias por excelente atención"

"Everything was great - the location, food, cleanness of the premises. Free parking was a great plus, the bay shore was amazing, which was located right off the back door.
The only thing I would have to say is that they need to renew the bedding linen as the ones they use are turning yellowish already and not really appealing, however i also should add that they were clean, just yellowing due to being used a lot.
I would definitely recommend."
