"The hotel staff is extremely helpful. They provided us valuable advice related to temple darshan, pooja options, and also arranged a helpful panditji for special pooja. The food was very delicious and variety was also good. The hotel location is great for temple and other tourist sites. All in all excellent experience."

"It is definitely the best hotel we could see online on the island but did not realize that it does not have any special window view. While breakfast was okay, I had higher expectations. Overall, I may find similar facilities in one tier lower hotel too. Although being overall good, I don’t think it was the best return for the money. "

"Hotel was clean, 2 mins walk from Rameswaram railway station. Check-in was smooth and quick. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast had a good spread of South Indian dishes. Filter Coffee and room service was good. Hotel staff are courteous and ready to help with any kind of request. Autos are available throughout the day for a ride to temple or to Dhanushkodi sightseeing"

"Very neat hotel, friendly staff, quick service, hotel is well located close to the north gate, walkable distance from the temple. We took a four in one room, and it was very convenient. Has a parking for drivers, hotel food is reasonably good, not very expensive. In all recommend it for a clean fuss free stay."

"Experience was horrible, as we were denied check-in on reaching the hotel. Hotel Treboo Ram leela even did not gave us a reason for denying access to room and why they had cancelled our stay, plus not even gave us a communication before hand on cancellation of the hotel stay. Worst night mare experience."

"They switch off hot water supply and ac unit and you have to request them to switch it on. No restaurant. No tea or coffee sachets. They refused initially to give receipt for the 10K they collected earlier. I had to insist many times. No hotel bill given except a receipt. No mineral water provided. You have to buy them. Only one soap and one toothbrush provided for a couple. Ridiculous. "

"Firstly they don't support online booking. They ask us to call the customer support and give them the phone to talk to so that they can get the website's booking confirmation and invoice etc. Then all sorts of problems begin. They negotiate with us the room and rate etc. In my case my online receipt clearly mentioned 4 bed room, but they said as they don't support online booking( they don't know how their hotel gets listed in the website) and they don't know how/when they will receive payment so...
