"The first room that they put me in had roaches, they changed my room and guess what that room had roaches too. The staff manager was friendly, the valet staff was rude and over charged me for parking and argued with me about a refund. "Overall the hotel was nice the room was amazing, but it was difficult to sleep on my first night as there was so much loud ambiance from the bar from the music to the people. I did express this to the hotel and they did respond to me. If not for those disruptions I would have definitely book this hotel again within the next month, hopefully they can fix that but from the other reviews I’ve read it seems to be an ongoing problem."
