"I made this reservation because our flight out of San Diego was being cancelled. Within 2 hours I attempted to cancel this reservation because the Airline put us in a hotel. The Hotel said I had to go through Expedia, Expedia said I had to go through the hotel. Calling the hotel customer service was a terrible experience, you could not hear them and they had no clue or interest in helping me. I basically received an "oh well, sorry. We are keeping your money" . Expedia was also no help. ...

"This hotel was above what I expected. The staff was very kind and helpful. The managers were very patient and understanding. Don’t hesitate to speak to any of the staff if you need help with anything they will go out of their way to help you. The breakfast and managers reception had decent food. The hotel is pretty clean. The amenities decent. I will definitely come back here again in the near future."

"The staff were super friendly and super helpful, especially will be in a single parent at the time they were able to provide us with information on what to do in safe areas and what to stay around hotel does offer free Wi-Fi. I didn’t have any issues with signal. I just connected to the Wi-Fi and I was OK they offered free breakfast as well as free dinner. It was clean. I had no issues. The housekeeper does come every other day, but if you ask for clean linen, they give you that without any."
