"Stinky old couches that had dust in the corners of the cushions. Stained and smelly carpet. Poorly maintained facility in dire need of upgrade. Not worth the pricy charges."

"I enjoyed my stay! The staff was kind and pleasant. The rooms were nice and maintained well. Caution: this is an old building as most of SF is, the walls are not thick. It’s is a good area to get quickly from one side of town to the next. The neighborhood is what most of SF is, experiencing homelessness so be cautious in the evening. Great food spots in the area. Over all, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Very clean room and parking next to the building"

"Arrived at front desk at 3:00pm, I was the second customer in line. It was not until 3:43pm, had they finished checking me in. The faucet was dripping continuosly at the sink near the beds, the air conditioner was not functioning and the curtains were too small to cover the entire screen door. The hotel stated that there's not another decent room to change and asked me whether to cancel the stay with no other option. Expedia tried every effort to help me calling the front desk but in vain. "Common pantry for free coffee and food warming. Toaster av too. Good location to eating places (American, Chinese, Japanese, Thai cuisines) and shopping (Macy, shopping Mall, Nieman Marcus,etc.). Bus stop & Tramcar stop is nearby. And the street car end stop is just on the next street. But there are many homeless people around the streets. "
